You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging should be intact
- Applicable only for apparel orders (T-shirts, rompers, etc.)
❌ Not Eligible For Return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items bought under “Final Sale” or clearance deals
- Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling by customer
🔁 Exchange Allowed If:
- Size doesn’t fit
- Wrong item or print delivered
- You want to replace with a different color/design (same price)
💸 Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed only in the form of VIPMart Store Credit
- No cash or bank refunds
- Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of product approval
📝 How to Initiate Return/Exchange:
- Contact Us within 7 days of delivery
- Mention Order ID and Reason
- We will guide you through next steps within 24 hours

- If returned product doesn’t pass quality check, it will be shipped back to you without refund/store credit
